Merv Jr. and all your families I send my deepest condolences to you all. Losing your dad is hard to accept but I just think of the pic of you holding his hand, the love you had for him. But Merv his is your guardian angel and WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU...ALWAYS. A strange thing in reading his obit, your family had names like Heather and me, Hugh and Grace was mom and dad's name and jane is Heather's middle name, we are all connected. My thoughts and prayers are with you #3 Nan from back east. God bless.

I first met Merv at the k-motel while he was sitting with my father for coffee. Merv was part of the coffee group each morning the K-motel. He would chat about life and current events with a small group of other regulars. He was a kind and funny man with an awesome smile. He was up for anything, like driving to great falls for coffee and pie with his buddies Louis and Francis. Whenever there was a gun show, Merv was always up to drive to the small town for a look at the newest and greatest. He and my father never bought anything as it was just a nice excuse to take and drive and visit. He will be greatly missed by all. Rest well Merv! Lots of love.
