Harvey is one of the sweetest men I ever encountered. He had a smile a mile wide and the cutest giggle to go along with it. I always looked forward to seeing him when I visited my mother who was in the same house at the Meadows. My mom mentioned to me a few days before Harvey passed that it seemed he wouldn't be long for this earth! I told her I already missed "hearing" him as he put his mechanical skills to work trying to "fix" everything in his sight! He had a great disposition - one to be envied!
