Although Bryan told me that we met in the "cry room" at Zion Mennonite, my first memory of your family is that of visiting your dairy barn. Thankfully, I have many more memories, including our time together at SCBI. My very favourite one, though, is of sitting on your living room floor and playing "Memory" with you and John. We recently bought the game for our travel trailer--and I think of you two every time I play. Thanks for the memories. You and your family are much in my thoughts at this time.

We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. My son printed the obituary and we watched the video. It brought back so many precious memories of summers I spent on the farm with Matilda and playing with Bryan - he was such a sweetheart. I sure enjoyed you and John as a couple - you were often full of the dickens and joking around! Both of you always had a twinkle in your eye. Take care of yourself. I will be praying for you and my thoughts will be with you on funeral day. Mary Ann and Henry Bergen.
