My sincere condolences to Joe’s family on his passing. His father, Uncle Donnie, and my Father, Charlie, looked astonishingly alike, and I can see the family resemblance in Joe’s photo. I wish there had been an opportunity to meet Joe, but distance kept cousins apart.

I am sorry to hear of Joe's passing. We always hoped to get out west to meet him, but it was not in the cards. He sounds like a great guy, and looks very much like our MacIsaac men! I would be a first cousin.

My memory of Joe goes way back to the 'good ole days' when his parents ran the general store and post office in Glen Kerr. Trips to that store, for me, were infrequent . . . but memorable. Joe was there helping his Dad amiably serving customers from the farming community. My condolences and prayers for comfort and peace for family and friends.

Remember very clearly going to the co-op store in Glen Kerr where we would dust appliances and other merchandise on the shelves! I at the age of twelve washed the kitchen in Don and Madge’s house!
